Dr. Philip B. Sextro

Dr. Sextro started the Grand Island Foot Clinic in 1975. He graduated from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine. Professional memberships include:

  • Fellow - American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons
  • Fellow - American Society of Podiatric Dermatology
  • American Podiatric Medical Association
  • Nebraska Podiatric Medical Association
  • Past President of Nebraska Podiatric Medical Association

Dr. Sextro is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

Dr. Sextro’s hometown is Manning, Iowa. His spouse is Lois and they have four grown children, Kim, Greg, Kris and Karla.

Dr. Sextro’s office locations include Grand Island and Broken Bow. He is also associated with the Grand Island Surgery Center, St. Francis Medical Center, Jennie Melham Memorial Center and The V.A. Hospital

Dr. Sextro’s hobbies include fishing, hunting and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.




Dr. Kevin J. Larsen

Dr. Larsen joined the Grand Island Foot Clinic in 1992 after completing  a surgical residency at Midwest Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from the Iowa College of Podiatric Medicine. Professional memberships include:

  • American Podiatric Medical Association
  • Nebraska Podiatric Medical Association
  • Past President of Nebraska Podiatric Medical Association

Dr. Larsen is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

Dr. Larsen’s hometown is Tracy, MN. His spouse is Anita and they have three children Kayla, Andrew and Alex.

Dr. Larsen’s office locations include Grand Island, York and Aurora. He is also associated with the Grand Island Surgery Center, St. Francis Medical Center, York General Hospital, Memorial Hospital at Aurora and the V.A. Hospital.
